Will Call Location & Policies

Tickets purchased through the Texas Box Office charge-by-phone line (512) 477-6060 or 1-800-982-2386(BEVO) or on-line at TexasBoxOffice.com, designated for Will Call can be picked up at the Frank Erwin Center Red River box office during normal business hours from the time of purchase through the end of business the day prior to the event.

Will Call is also available at the venue box office on the day of the event starting ONE hour prior to the event. For additional Will Call availability on the day of the event, contact the individual venue box office.

To pick up tickets in Will Call, the person picking up the tickets must bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets along with a driver's license. In addition, the name on the credit card must be the same as the person picking up the tickets.
