AUSTIN, TEXAS – Genies, dragons, magical carriages and more will transcend on the Frank Erwin Center this week as the anxiously awaited Disney On Ice presents Princess Wishes show finally arrives in Austin. Imaginations will soar and wishes will be fulfilled starting Thursday, May 10 and lasting through Sunday, May 13.

It takes crews approximately 14 hours to set up 43,000 pounds of overhead lighting, 1200 amps and enough aluminum, wood, foam, plastic and steel to create the lush hills and rainforest of Tinker Bell’s home in Pixie Hollow. This enchanting backdrop allows Tinker Bell to whisk audiences from tale to tale as the set transforms to far away lands for each princess wish. From the arid desert to a magical world under the sea, this immaculate setting and delightful production will take audiences on an adventure that is sure to last a lifetime.
