AUSTIN, Texas –Gospel music favorite BILL GAITHER and his Homecoming Friends invite you to “Throw Your Heart Wide Open” on February 9 as the GAITHER HOMECOMING GIVE IT AWAY TOUR 2007 heads to the Frank Erwin Center. Tickets are currently on sale.
This is your opportunity to participate in an evening of music and praise and to share your faith and fellowship with those around you. Gaither explains that “faith, friendship and music” are the things best enjoyed when we give them away. The Gaither Homecoming Give It Away Tour 2007 is just that. Audiences can look forward to an evening jam-packed with music and celebration.
Homecoming concerts have united fans world wide, year after year, with the classic and timely Gospel sounds of the Gaither phenomenon which started as an impromptu taping in a  Nashville studio in 1991. After the taping, “Southern Gospel music artists…lingered and gathered around the piano, singing, swapping stories from the old days and sharing a few laughs and tears.”
Gaither joins a cavalcade of singers, musicians and comedians, whose collective talents have been honored with countless awards, including Grammys and Doves. Year after year the Gaither Homecoming Tour has been ranked by the music industry at the top of their lists for most concert tickets sold worldwide in any music genre. Joining Gaither are the Gaither Vocal Band; Ernie Haase & Signature Sound; Jessy Dixon; Jeff & Sheri Easter; Lynda Randle; Ivan Parker; Russ Taff; Gordon Mote; The Isaacs; Mike Allen & Ben Speer.
