AUSTIN’S KATRINA RELIEF CONCERT
AT THE FRANK ERWIN CENTER

Lucinda Williams will not be performing at the Neighbors in Need benefit concert at the Frank Erwin Center Wednesday, September 21 at 7PM 6:30PM. Also, please note Jimmie Vaughan’s name was spelled incorrectly in last week’s press release. The correct spelling of his name: Jimmie VaughAn.

The lineup is subject to change. Please be looking for additional media advisories concerning any lineup changes. Willie Nelson, Ray Price, Jimmie Vaughan, Eric Johnson, Patti Griffin, The Flatlanders and Bob Schneider are all still scheduled to perform.

Neighbors in Need is a benefit concert to help people from the Gulf Coast region who were forced out of their homes, schools and jobs due to Hurricane Katrina. All proceeds from the concert will go to the Red Cross Katrina Relief effort. The University of Texas, the Frank Erwin Center, Clifford Antone, Direct Events and representatives from Mayor Will Wynn’s office are working together to put on this benefit concert.
