SUPERSTARS OF WWE PUT THE SMACK DOWN ON AUSTIN AT THE FRANK ERWIN CENTER!

That’s right!  Get your SmackDown Live tickets when they GO ON SALE this Saturday, August 27 at 10AM so you can get close to all the sweaty, trash talkin’ action.  The Superstars of World Wrestling Entertainment are ready to settle whatever scores they have with each other in Austin at the Frank Erwin Center, Saturday, October 1 at 7:30PM.  

The Superstars of WWE are not only buffer than your average gym rat – they put their enemies in half nelsons and sworn enemies get full nelsons.  SmackDown Live will feature four title matches:  the World Heavyweight Match, the Tag Team Match, the US Match and the 3 Way Cruiserweight Match. 

Come on out and watch Batista defend his World Heavyweight Champion title from John Bradshaw Layfield.  At 6 foot 5 inches tall and 317 pounds, it’s no wonder that his finishing move is titled the Batista Bomb.  But Batista won’t have an easy time defending his title from John Bradshaw Layfield, known in the ring as ‘JBL’.  Layfield is the longest-reigning WWE Champion in 10 years.  He held his title from June 2004-April 2005…and he wants it back! 

Vying for the US Title Match are Chris Benoit and Orlando Jordan.  In one of the biggest wins or Jordan’s career, the US Title Champion knocked out and pinned Chris Benoit (aka: The Crippler) last July.  Chris will surely be seeking vengeance against Jordan when they meet up again at the Erwin Center!  (Card subject to change)
