The Most Thrilling Circus Yet!

Tickets for the All New 133rd Edition of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® Circus Go On Sale Monday, June 7 at Noon

AUSTIN, TEXAS – Microphoned tigers? A record-shattering five motorcycles in the Globe of Death? A nonstop cavalcade of clowns, cowboys, dancers, aerialists, animals and acrobats? Forget what you know about the circus…the eye-popping, show-stopping, jaw-dropping flurry of never-before-seen thrilling 133rd Edition of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® Circus is catapulting into Austin, July 8-11.

THE THREE-RING TRIUMVIRATE!
Three extraordinary performers: Ringmaster Johnathan Lee Iverson, Animal Trainer Extraordinaire Mark Oliver Gebel and Bello, the orange-haired comic daredevil TIME Magazine dubbed “America’s Best Clown,” represent the heart and soul of the The Greatest Show on Earth®!

Whether introducing a gallery of circus heroes in song or summoning audiences to a sighting of a mysterious cosmic phenomenon, vocal virtuoso Johnathan Lee Iverson always strikes the perfect note!

“My job is to introduce greatness,” said Iverson. “The artists in this ensemble make my job easy because they are the greatest performers on the planet!”

In a first-ever feline feat, Mark Oliver Gebel presents a new act with ten fully microphoned big Bengal cats. Eavesdrop on the gripping vocal interplay between trainer and terrifying tiger. Get closer to the tigers than ever before as you are granted profound insight into the coordination, timing and trust necessary to stand along inside the Great Cage!

‘What we’re doing with the microphones is breaking that barrier between trainer and audience,” said Gebel, who bares the most famous name in animal training history!

In the air, in the ring, in the stands, redheaded comic daredevil Bello is everywhere, raising his art to dizzying heights as he performs breathless bungee battles, terrifying trampoline thrills and hilarious highwire high jinks! Thrills have never looked this funny!

“I try making the impossible seem possible with the greatest of ease, but then trip up doing the simplest thing like chewing gum or tying my shoes,” said the hyperactive live wire.

AN ACT OF GLOBAL PROPORTIONS!
Using high-pitched whistles, syncopated revving sounds and souped-up mufflers, the Torres Brothers signal each other above the roar of their 125cc engines, producing one of the most dramatic, visually astounding, heart-stopping acts ever performed in Ringling Bros.’ 133-year history!

“The Torres Brothers start their act where other circus families end,” said Bello. The brothers will attempt to load a record-shattering five motorcycles into the claustrophobic confines of the sixteen-foot steel sphere known as The Globe of Death. The only daredevils in the world to attempt this act with five motorcycles, the Torres Brothers reach speeds of up to 65 miles per hour while orbiting within mere inches of each other.

BAILEY’S COMET!
Only here, only now, only live: the result of Producer Kenneth Feld’s universe-wide search for the ultimate circus phenomenon, BAILEY’S COMET is a historic, meteoric, live entertainment landmark that promises to emblazon itself into the memory of anyone lucky enough to witness the thrill!

“We’re always looking for something unique, something unusual, something that will capture the public’s imagination and fascinate them,” said Feld. “BAILEY’S COMET is that kind of phenomenon. I’ve never seen anything like it, and I think it’s really the exclamation point at the end of The Greatest Show on Earth®!”
