Group Sales Guidelines

• The number of people needed to comprise a group varies per show; group orders must be for at least the minimum amount indicated for the show requested.
• Tickets must be in the same price level for a single event/performance.
• Group discounts are available only on Group Discounted events.
• Group orders may ONLY be placed by phone or email through the Group Sales Department Monday through Friday between 10AM and 5PM. To order tickets call 512-232-4343 or email groupsales@erwin.utexas.edu.
• Walk-in orders are accepted by appointment only.
• Orders will be filled on a first-come, first serve basis. For best seats, order early.
• Seats will be assigned when payment is received.
• Orders must be paid in full at least seven days prior to event or sooner depending upon demand.
• Only one method of payment for entire group.
• Mobility impaired seating is available and must be requested when ordering.
• Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, checks (made payable to The University of Texas) and cash are acceptable methods of payment.
• Once payment has been received in full, tickets can be picked up in person by your Group Representative with photo ID. Be sure to tell the Box Office that you are a Group Sales customer.
• Tickets can be mailed if payment is received in full at least seven days prior to the event. (Overnight and Priority mailings can be arranged at Club member’s expense.)
• No double discounts.
• No refunds or exchanges.
• The Frank Erwin Center is located on The University of Texas campus at 1701 Red River Street.
