Texas Box Office, a computerized multifaceted ticketing system, encompasses box office, phone room, outlet, and internet sales, and is owned by The University of Texas at Austin. It provides ticketing services for the Frank Erwin Center, the Performing Arts Center, UT Athletics and more. Texas Box Office also offers tickets to venues and events outside the University community and serves Austin and its surrounding areas. TexasBoxOffice.com

Holds are determined by show, promoter and building based upon size of show and requirements needed for act.

After completion of contract, ticket set-up requires 3 - 5 days depending on
work load and the complexity of the show.

How to Buy Tickets

Ticket buyers have several ways to purchase tickets:

1. on-line at TexasBoxOffice.com
2. charge by phone at (512) 477-6060 or 1-800-982-2386 (BEVO)
3. at outlets including H-E-B stores in Austin, Bastrop, Bee Caves, Cedar
Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Round Rock, and San Marcos; Ft. Hood Bldg. #136 and Renaissance Records in Killeen

How to Receive Tickets

Once tickets have been purchased, they are issued:

1. to the customer if purchased in person
2. placed in "Will Call" if purchased on-line or by phone
3. by mail if time permits
4. by the customer using the Print At Home feature (available for select
venues)
