Guest Services Center

Ushers

* Ushers and peer security are trained for all types of events, from banquets to concerts.

* Ushers serve as ticket takers, patron seaters and crowd managers.

* Special non-commissioned, t-shirt peer security.

* 24-hour commissioned University of Texas police force.

* University of Texas Police Department crosswalk coverage available through the Events Department.

* First Aid room located outside section 23-24 on the main concourse.

* Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel are present at all public ticketed events.

* EMS personnel available for private events by special arrangement through the Events Department.

* Parking is available within walking distance in nearby university and state parking lots and garages.

Services for Guests with Disabilities

* Disabled parking available in front of the Frank Erwin Center on Red River Street or in Lot 108 with handicap plates or sticker.

* Special seating locations available on the floor, arena, and mezzanine levels.

* Reserved floor seating accessible for selected events.

* Directional signs and braille menus available.
