While every show at the Frank Erwin Center is memorable, experiencing it with family and friends makes it even more special. Whether it is a group outing or a fun night out for just a few, Group Sales has something for you! Our events are an excellent option for birthday parties, group outings, date nights, work incentives or any other reason you can find to come out and have some fun!  You can reach us at 512-232-4343.

VIP Pre-Show Packages!

	George Lopez June 2 at 8PM Pre-Show Dinner: 6PM Package price: Packages are $85 and $95 and include a concert ticket, dinner ticket and parking in The University of Texas Trinity parking garage (subject to availability) and entrance through the Red River street level doors. A cash bar will be available for your convenience. There will be no appearance by George Lopez or Bryan Kellen.
	Keith Urban July 3 at 7:30PM Pre-Show Dinner: 5:30PM Package price: Packages are $86.50 and include a concert ticket, dinner ticket and parking in The University of Texas Trinity parking garage (subject to availability) and entrance through the Red River street level doors. A cash bar will be available for your convenience. There will be no appearance by Keith Urban or The Wreckers.
	Martina McBride July 14 at 7:30PM Pre-Show Dinner: 5:30PM Package price: Packages are $86.75 and $96.75 and include a concert ticket, dinner ticket and parking in The University of Texas Trinity parking garage (subject to availability) and entrance through the Red River street level doors. A cash bar will be available for your convenience. There will be no appearance by Martina McBride or Little Big Town.

GUIDELINES

• Orders must be for 20 or more (10 or more preferred for pre-show dinners) tickets in the same price level for a single event/performance unless noted otherwise.
• Group discounts are available only on Group Discounted events.
• Orders can be placed by e-mail or by phone through the Group Sales Department only.
• Orders will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. For best seats, order early.
• Seats will be assigned when payment is received.
• Orders must be paid in full at least seven days prior to event or sooner depending upon demand.
• Only one method of payment for entire group.
• Mobility impaired seating is available. If mobility impaired seating is required, please request when ordering.
• VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks made payable to The University of Texas are acceptable methods of payment.
• Tickets can be mailed directly to you - up to seven days before the event with a self-addressed stamped envelope. (Overnight and Priority mailings can be arranged at Club member’s expense.)
• No refunds or exchanges.
• No double discounts.

The Frank Erwin Center is located on The University of Texas campus at
1701 Red River Street.
