Keith Urban

Love, Pain & the whole crazy world Tour

Keith Urban

Keith Urban’s “Love, Pain and the whole crazy World Tour” comes to the Frank Erwin Center this July 3 with special guest The Wreckers. The Australian-born Urban is promoting his fifth album Love, Pain & the whole crazy thing. After a decade and a half in the country music business, Keith Urban has made a name for himself as one the most accomplished and exciting talents not just in country music but in the music world as a whole. If asked, Keith Urban would probably say he had truly made his mark on the music industry in 2005 when he won the Country Music Association’s prestigious Entertainer of the Year award and a Grammy for his “You’ll Think of Me” performance.

Of course Keith Urban’s accolades go far beyond that. His fourth album Be Here went platinum in every country it was released in, including four times platinum in the United States, and eventually produced five smash singles. Keith Urban has also garnered some more unusual awards like XM’s “Stars We’d Like to See Crossover into Films” and is a two time winner of Country Weekly’s “Sexiest Man” award. However, he is no longer eligible for sexiest bachelor as he and fellow Aussie, Nicole Kidman, tied the knot in June of 2006.

The Wreckers are on tour promoting their first album Stand Still Look Pretty. The band is made up of former solo artists, Michelle Branch and Jessica Harp. Each a star in their own right, the two joined together to create an album that emphasizes their diverse writing styles and the result is modern country at its best.

Don’t miss out on Keith Urban with The Wreckers live at the Frank Erwin Center, Tuesday, July 3.
