We have a lot going on here this fall and the Frank Erwin Center’s Group Sales Department invites you to get in on the action! Group Sales events are an excellent option for birthday parties, group outings, work incentives and any other reason you can find to come out and have a good time!

VIP Pre-Show Packages!

	American Idols Live Tour 2006 September 10 at 7PM Pre-show Dinner: 5PM Package price: $83.50 and $97.50. Includes dinner and concert tickets, parking in The University of Texas Trinity parking garage (subject to availability) and entrance through the Red River street level doors. A cash bar will be available for your convenience. There will be no appearance by the “American Idol” contestants during the dinner.

	Blue Man Group October 15 at 7:30PM Pre-Show Party: 5:30PM Package price: $74.50* and $84.50. Includes party and concert tickets, 2 drink tickets good on select wine or beer, parking in The University of Texas Trinity parking garage (subject to availability) and entrance through the Red River street level doors. A cash bar will be available for your convenience. There will be no appearance by Blue Man Group during the party. VIP Pre-Show Party sponsored by Brick Oven Restaurant Purchase 10 or more packages and get $2 off each package.

	Carlos Mencia October 20 at 7PM Pre-Show Party: 5PM Package price: $70 and $74. Includes party and concert tickets, 2 drink tickets good on select wine or beer, parking in The University of Texas Trinity parking garage (subject to availability) and etrance through the Red River street level doors. A cash bar will also be available for your convenience. There will be no appearance by Carlos Menica during the dinner.

	Rascal Flatts October 26 at 7:30PM Pre-Show Dinner: 5:30PM Package price: $84.75. Includes dinner and concert tickets, parking in The University of Texas Trinity parking garage (subject to availability) and entrance through the Red River street level doors. A cash bar will be available for your convenience. There will be no appearance by the Rascal Flatts, Gary Allan or Eric Church during the dinner.

	Juan Gabriel November 8 at 8PM Pre-Show Dinner: 6PM Package price: $120. Includes dinner and concert tickets, parking in The University of Texas Trinity parking garage (subject to availability) and entrance through the Red River street level doors. A cash bar will be available for your convenience. There will be no appearance by the Juan Gabriel during the dinner.

	Dixie Chicks December 4 at 7:30PM Pre-Show Dinner: 5:30PM Package price: $84.50 and $100. Includes dinner and concert tickets, parking in The University of Texas Trinity parking garage (subject to availability) and entrance through the Red River street level doors. A cash bar will be available for your convenience. There will be no appearance by the Dixie Chicks during the dinner.

* Groups of 20 or more receive 25% off the $20 and $35 ticket prices.

Blue Man Group
October 15 at 7:30PM

*Regular: $39.50, $49.50 and Gold Circle Experience seats
Group: $37.50, $47.50

*Groups of 10 or more receive $2 off all ticket prices EXCEPT Gold Circle Experience Seats.

GUIDELINES

Orders must be for 20 or more (10 or more preferred for pre-show dinners) tickets in the same price level for a single event/performance unless noted otherwise.
Group discounts are available only on Group Discounted events.
Orders can be placed by e-mail or by phone through the Group Sales
Department only.
Orders will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. For best seats, order early.
Seats will be assigned when payment is received.
Orders must be paid in full at least seven days prior to event or sooner depending upon demand.
Only one method of payment for entire group.
Mobility impaired seating is available. If mobility impaired seating is required, please request when ordering.
VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks made payable to The University of Texas are acceptable methods of payment.
Tickets can be mailed directly to you - up to seven days before the event with a self-addressed stamped envelope. (Overnight and Priority mailings can be arranged at Club member’s expense.)
No refunds or exchanges.
No double discounts.

The Frank Erwin Center is located on The University of Texas campus at 1701 Red River Street.
