Our events are an excellent option for birthday parties, group outings, date nights, work incentives or any other reason you can find to come out and have some fun!

VIP Pre-Show Packages!

	Juan Gabriel November 8 at 8PM Pre-show Dinner: 6PM Package price: $120. Includes dinner and concert tickets, parking in The University of Texas Trinity parking garage (subject to availability) and entrance through the Red River Street level doors. A cash bar will be available for your convenience. There will be no appearance by Juan Gabriel during the dinner.
	Dixie Chicks December 4 at 7:30PM Pre-Show Dinner : 5:30PM Package price: $84.50 and $100. Includes dinner and concert tickets, parking in The University of Texas Trinity parking garage (subject to availability) and entrance through the Red River Street level doors. A cash bar will be available for your convenience. There will be no appearance by the Dixie Chicks or Pete Yorn during the dinner.
	Trans-Siberian Orchestra December 22 at 8PM Pre-Show Dinner : 6PM Package price: $81 and $86 and include a concert ticket, dinner ticket, parking in The University of Texas Trinity parking garage (subject to availability) and entrance through the Red River street level doors. A cash bar will be available for your convenience. There will be no appearance by Trans-Siberian Orchestra during the dinner.

	Harlem Globetrotters February 8 at 7PM *Regular: $15, $20, $28, $45 VIP, & $100 Magic Circle Group: $13 & $21 *Groups of 20 or more receive a $7 discount off the $20 and $28 ticket prices.

	Bill Gaither & the Homecoming Friends February 9 at 7PM *Regular: $19.50, $26.50 & $36.50 Group: $17.50, $24.50 $ 34.50 *Groups of 10 or more receive a $2 discount off all ticket prices and will receive 1 complimentary ticket for every 10 tickets purchased.

GUIDELINES

• Orders must be for 20 or more (10 or more preferred for pre-show dinners) tickets in the same price level for a single event/performance unless noted otherwise.
• Group discounts are available only on Group Discounted events.
• Orders can be placed by e-mail or by phone through the Group Sales
  Department only.
• Orders will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. For best seats, order early.
• Seats will be assigned when payment is received.
• Orders must be paid in full at least seven days prior to event or sooner depending upon demand.
• Only one method of payment for entire group.
• Mobility impaired seating is available. If mobility impaired seating is required, please request when ordering.
• VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks made payable to The University of Texas are acceptable methods of payment.
• Tickets can be mailed directly to you - up to seven days before the event with a self-addressed stamped envelope. (Overnight and Priority mailings can be arranged at Club member’s expense.)
• No refunds or exchanges.
• No double discounts.

1701 Red River Street.
