With the holidays behind us and while the New Year is still fresh, continue the celebration with us right here at the Frank Erwin Center!

The Frank Erwin Center’s Group Sales Club invites you to experience all of our upcoming events from “Unstoppable” basketball to the distinguished sounds of pipes and drums; we will have something for everyone to enjoy this New Year. Frank Erwin Center events are an excellent choice for workplace outings, incentive programs, family gatherings and social outings with friends.

GUIDELINES

• Orders must be for 20 or more (10 or more preferred for pre-show dinners) tickets in the same price level for a single event/performance unless noted otherwise.
• Group discounts are available only on Group Discounted events.
• Orders can be placed by e-mail or by phone through the Group Sales
  Department only.
• Orders will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. For best seats, order early.
• Seats will be assigned when payment is received.
• Orders must be paid in full at least seven days prior to event or sooner depending upon demand.
• Only one method of payment for entire group.
• Mobility impaired seating is available. If mobility impaired seating is required, please request when ordering.
• VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks made payable to The University of Texas are acceptable methods of payment.
• Tickets can be mailed directly to you - up to seven days before the event with a self-addressed stamped envelope. (Overnight and Priority mailings can be arranged at Club member’s expense.)
• No refunds or exchanges.
• No double discounts.

The Frank Erwin Center is located on The University of Texas campus at 1701 Red River Street.

Package price: $70 and $75 (includes dinner and concert ticket) Park in the University of Texas Trinity parking garage (subject to space availability). Enter through the Red River doors. There will be no appearance by The Blackwatch and The Band of The Welsh Guards during the dinner.

Package price: $87.50 and $97.50 (includes dinner and concert ticket) Park in the University of Texas Trinity parking garage (subject to space availability). Enter through the Red River doors. There will be no appearance by Kenny Chesney, Dierks Bentley or Sugarland during the dinner.
