Two New Coaches Added!

The Austin Wranglers have added two coaches to the team’s coaching team, including former University of Texas stand-out Stephen Braggs. Braggs will coach the Wranglers’ secondary while Bruce Cowdrey, who brings over 30 years of coaching experience to the Wranglers, will coach the team’s offensive line. College football fans will remember Braggs as a former Texas Longhorns defensive back (1983-1987) who earned All-Southwest Conference Honors in 1986. Braggs played seven years in the NFL including stops with the Cleveland Browns and Miami Dolphins.

Braggs and Cowdrey join Defensive Coordinator Lee Johnson and Special Teams Coordinator/Receivers Coach Chris MacKeown who were hired earlier in the year by Head Coach Brian Partlow.
