The natural choice for tender, juicy, flavorful beef. In order to provide an excellent eating experience, our specifications ensure that you will receive steaks and roasts that are well-marbled and meet U.S.D.A. Choice or higher grade standards. Marbling, the flecks of fat distributed throughout a cut of meat, is critical to the flavor, tenderness and juiciness of every bite. While increased marbling does not markedly affect the amount of fat you consume, it can have a profound effect on eating quality.
