specifications ensure that you will receive steaks and roasts
that are well-marbled and meet U.S.D.A. Choice or higher grade
standards. Marbling, the flecks of fat distributed throughout
a cut of meat, is critical to the flavor, tenderness and juiciness
of every bite. While increased marbling does not markedly affect
the amount of fat you consume, it can have a profound effect
on eating quality. Our cattle are also fed a diet rich in grain
in order to give you that distinct, corn-fed beef flavor.

Our cattle are raised with no added hormones or antibiotics,
ever. No growth promotants or antibiotics are administered
by injection, feeding or through any other method.
