Incubus Has A Heart For Music & Charity

Rock band Incubus has been making music together since 1991 including multi-platinum albums Make Yourself and Morning View, and their newest album A Crow Left of the Murder. The California band not only loves making music though; they love helping others as well. The band founded the Make Yourself Foundation, a non-profit organization that funds various causes and charities both locally and around the world that are important to the band.

Incubus front man Brandon Boyd summed up the foundation saying, “One person working diligently alone can do wonders, but many people working harmoniously together can accomplish worlds.”

Appearing with Incubus at the Frank Erwin Center is alt-rock band The Walkmen. Formed from indie acts such as Jonathan Fire Eater and The Recoys, The Walkmen’s sound has been compared to The Pixies and Velvet Underground. Both Incubus and The Walkmen hit the Erwin Center stage September 15.
