The Frank Erwin Center’s Group Sales Club invites you
all to experience all the exciting events coming up this fall.
Join today and you will receive ticket discounts for groups
of 20 or more at selected events, special seating sections reserved
for Club members, VIP pre-show dinner opportunities, and there
is no waiting in line for your tickets!
The Frank Erwin Center events are an excellent choice for
workplace outings, incentive programs, bus tours, social
clubs or any
group of people who are able to have fun together. Join the
Group Sales Club today! You and your group can be the first
to know about these and more upcoming events at the Frank
Erwin Center at the University of Texas in Austin.
Here’s how it works: Round up 20 or more of your favorite
people (friends, family, colleagues, club members, teammates,
etc…), join our club, and we’ll offer you the following
benefits:
Discount
tickets for select Family Shows, Special Events, and University
of Texas sporting events.
Seating
in sections specifically reserved for groups.
Purchase
tickets directly from the Group Sales Department, so
there’s no waiting in ticket lines.
Receive
souvenir items for select events.
Chances
to win fabulous prizes for your group.
Club
members are the first to find out about special VIP
packages* for select events.
*VIP Pre-Show Dinner Packages
VIP packages offer our guests an elegant and convenient way
to dine before select Erwin Center events. Order a VIP Package,
and we’ll open our doors to you two hours before select
events for a fabulous dinner in our private reception
hall, the Lone Star Room. Dinner customers also
get preferred seating, preferred parking and entrance through
Red River Street level doors. VIP Packages are limited when
offered, so order early!

Guidelines
* Orders must be for 20 or more (10 or more preferred for
pre-show dinners) tickets in the same price level for a single
event/performance unless noted otherwise.
* Group discounts are available only on Group Discounted events.
* Orders can be placed by e-mail or by phone through the Group Sales
Department only.
* Orders will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. For best
seats, order early.
* Seats will be assigned when payment is received.
* Orders must be paid in full at least seven days prior to event or sooner
depending upon demand.
* Only one method of payment for entire group.
* Mobility impaired seating is available. If mobility impaired seating
is required, please request when ordering.
* VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks made
payable to The University of Texas are acceptable methods of payment.
* Once payment has been received in full, tickets can be picked up in
person or mailed if payment is received in full at least seven days prior
to event.
* No refunds or exchanges.
* The Frank Erwin Center is located on The University of Texas campus
at 1701 Red River Street. |
