Cats
Bass Concert Hall
at UTPAC
Jun. 15-20, 2004

The original production of CATS opened at the New London Theatre, in the West End in 1981. Eight years later, it celebrated both its birthday and another important milestone. It had become the longest running musical in the history of the British theatre. It is also one of the most successful musicals the world has ever seen and has played to packed houses around the world.

There's no better way to introduce your family to the wonders of live theater than with the magic, the mystery, the memory of CATS. What began as a musical about cats after Andrew Lloyd Webber picked up a book of poems in an airport bookshop has become the longest running show in Broadway's history. Winner of seven Tony Awards including Best Musical, CATS features 20 of Andrew Lloyd Webber's timeless melodies, including the hit song, "Memory."

IN THE FALL:

Our first performance of the 2004-2005 Season will be Sep. 12, 2004 - David Byrne with The Tosca Strings at Bass Concert Hall; 8PM!

Tickets to all of these events are available by calling 477-6060 or online at www.utpac.org
