Hensel Phelps Receives Top Construction Honor

For its exceptional renovation of the Frank Erwin Center, Hensel Phelps Construction Co. was awarded the 2003 Outstanding Construction Award for projects over $30 million. The award was presented at the Annual Officers Installation and Outstanding Construction Awards Banquet at the Lila B. Etter Alumni Center in late January.
