Sodexho Serves Tasty Concepts at the Erwin Center

The partnership between the University of Texas Athletic Department and Sodexho has proved tasty to all who attend events at the Erwin Center, UT’s other athletic venues and Bass Concert Hall. In addition to managing the food service at the Erwin Center, providing concession and catering services, Sodexho is instrumental in adding new food concepts to the facility.

Food and concessions are a very important part of the total event experience - as Sodexho well knows. Adding a mixture of local and national brands and products addresses the broad range of patrons that attend events at the Frank Erwin Center.

Among the new food options are PoK-E-Jo’s barbecue, Quiznos toasted subs, Krispy Kreme donuts, Starbucks Coffee, Popeyes Chicken, German sausage at the Sausage Haus and pizza. Sodexho also created two new concepts specifically for UT—one called Texas Traditions, serving traditional concession fare such as popcorn, nachos and hot dogs, and the Longhorn Grill.
